These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Foundry Event
Productions LLC website (foundrypros.com) and our text messaging program.
By using this site or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you
accept these terms.
1. Text Message Program
Foundry Event Productions LLC operates a text messaging program for
freelance production crew.
Who receives messages. Only crew who have provided their mobile number to
us and agreed to receive text messages about work. Consent is recorded
with the date it was given. We do not text anyone who has not agreed.
What we send. Offers of work, including the role, event, dates and
location; confirmation of booked dates; and travel and scheduling
information related to work you have accepted. We do not send marketing
or promotional messages through this program.
Message frequency. Frequency varies with event activity, and is typically
a few messages per event.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages;
your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will
receive one confirmation, and no further messages. Reply START to opt
back in. Reply HELP for contact information, or email
info@foundrypros.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and should not be relied on for
time-critical matters.
Privacy. Mobile numbers and consent records are never sold, rented, or
shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy at

2. Use of This Site
This site is provided for general information about our services. You
agree not to use it unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its
operation. Content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is
the property of Foundry Event Productions LLC and may not be reproduced
without permission.
3. Services and Quotes
Information on this site does not constitute an offer or a binding quote.
Event production services are governed solely by the written agreement
signed for that engagement, and nothing on this site modifies those
terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the
extent permitted by law, Foundry Event Productions LLC is not liable for
any damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are posted on this page
with a revised Effective Date.
